What to write about
Anything that helps us get to the right person faster:
- Bug reports: what you did, what you expected, what happened, browser + device. A screenshot is great.
- Feature requests: what you're trying to do and what's in the way.
- Wrong / inappropriate output: a name that looks like a real franchise character, a meaning that's incorrect, anything you think is a content-policy issue.
- Privacy / data requests: see the Privacy Policy for what we can do.
- Takedown / IP concerns: please cite the specific franchise / source and we'll review and act within 7 business days.
- Partnership / press: include who you are and what you're proposing.
How fast we reply
We aim to respond within 2 business days for general inquiries and 30 days for any data-subject request. Takedown / IP notices are prioritized and reviewed within 7 business days.
Language
English is preferred. We also read and reply in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, and basic Japanese. Replies are sent in the language you wrote in whenever possible.
Mailing address (formal notices)
We don't publish our mailing address on the public web. For takedown / IP notices, data-subject requests, or any matter requiring a physical address, please email hello@gethandlenames.com and we'll provide the relevant details as needed.
